Knee Replacment

So I am 40 years old and I have to have a knee replacement. It is caused from sports and obesity. Yes I am to blame. Here I am 40 I weight over 300 pounds, have high BP, Cholesterol,depression an nerve problems. So I need to lose weight and I am hoping this knee replacement will help. I also hope this blog will help, to hold me responsible.
